Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix Public Information Office (PIO) invites sealed proposals for the following Services all for up to a five-year period commencing in or around January 2013, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Video Production - Video Graphic Design - Teleprompting (Presidential and ENG) - Speech writing - The City of Phoenix Public Information Office (PIO) wishes to contract with private companies in the above areas to augment video production of the City's government access cable television station, PHX11 and for the other listed services citywide on an as-needed basis. Contracts likely will be utilized by multiple City departments.
