Specifications include, but are not limited to: Video Production full-service, high-quality, professional video production,from project concept to completion including: producing, script writing,voicing, working as on-camera talent, shooting video, editing, creatinggraphics, delivering programs on various media formats (DVC Pro and Betatape, DVD, high-resolution files, posting files to Web using various formats)working under supervision and direction of City of Phoenix departments.All productions must be shot, edited and delivered in high definition (HD).Every program must be delivered for broadcast with closed captioning for thehearing impaired.Video production work may include programs highlighting City programs andevents public service announcements promos of the productions trainingvideos for City staff and videos highlighting programs of a citywide nature.Programs may be broadcast on the City's PHX11 and know99 cabletelevision stations, streamed on phoenix.gov, and aired on other broadcastoutlets.For examples of the types of programs that may be produced throughcontracts resulting from this RFP, visithttp://phoenix.gov/citygovernment/phx11/index.html# - in the "View By" row inthe middle of the page, click on "PHX11 Shows" and then "DestinationPhoenix" and "Building Phoenix."2. Video Graphic Design specialized graphic production for videos, includingopens, program elements and other graphic design elements. Work mayinclude, but is not limited to, creative design, production, illustration andlayout. Produce designs, layouts and/or illustrations and deliver them to the City within mutually agreed-upon deadlines. Produce necessary revisions tothe work identified above within mutually set deadlines. Produce the final arton digital media with necessary instructions for reproduction. All videographic design productions must be created and delivered in high definition(HD).
