The scope of work and minimum specifications define the quality and characteristics of the desired materials and application. They are based upon specifications for known acceptable manufacturers processes, materials and/or brands such as, AC Delco, Autolite, Balkamp, CRC Industries, Delco-Remy, Federal-Mogul, Felpro, Fram, Gates, Goodyear, Gunk, Moog, Mopar, Permatex, STP, Timken, Victor, and/or equal quality of light and heavy-duty vehicle parts and shop supplies. Specifications are not intended to be exclusive or restrictive. Offerors may offer alternate solutions, which meet the quality and performance characteristics in the specifications. Mohave shall review such proposals and be the final judge on the acceptance of any alternate solutions.
