Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide professional officiating services for adult basketball, flag football, volleyball, and kickball games in conformance with the following specifications: The Contractor shall provide official(s) for adult basketball, flag football, volleyball, and kickball league and tournament games. 1. The Contractor shall provide two officials for all adult basketball, three officials for flag football, one official for kickball, and one official for volleyball league and tournament games. 2. The Contractor shall provide "official" tested and certified as competent to administer the current Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA), however, special Chandler league and ground rules shall take precedence at all times. Certification will be confirmed through an AIA listing of qualified officials submitting during RFP process. 3. The Contractor shall provide officials’ service at no charge if a game must be replayed due to Official error (valid protest).
