Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is located within Section 12, 13 of Township 15 South, Range 11 East and Sections 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18 of Township 15 South, Range 12 East Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona. This project consists of reconstructing a total of 2.85 miles of the Valencia Road from two (2) lanes to four (4) lanes between the new improvements constructed by ADOT at the Ajo Highway (SR86) intersection and the intersection at Star Diamond. Work includes earthwork, the installation of reinforced concrete box culverts, pipe culverts, and associated inlet and outlet headwalls, channel excavation and lining, furnishing and placing aggregate base and asphaltic concrete, constructing concrete curb, sidewalk, and a multi-use pathway, pavement markings, lighting, landscaping and irrigation, installation of artwork, and related incidental work.
