2.1. Provide full support routine and preventative maintenance including repairs, labor, travel, and parts to the instrument and instrument specific software maintained to factory specifications through repair or replacement. 2.2. Provide quality maintenance that demonstrates consistency, reliability, and availability of service work at all times. 2.3. All maintenance shall be guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or Contractor shall provide service to correct any defects in workmanship without additional cost to the Laboratory. 2.4. Provide factory certification every time the instrument is repaired and/or maintenance is performed. 2.5. Provide quality parts that demonstrate consistency, reliability and availability at all times. 2.6. All parts shall be guaranteed to be free of defects or Contractor shall provide replacement without additional cost to the Laboratory. 2.7. Provide warranty on all replacement parts in accordance with current industry standards. 2.8. Guarantee all manufacturer replacement parts that fail will be replaced promptly at no additional cost to the Laboratory. 2.9. Provide cost discounted on new equipment. 2.10.
