Specifications include, but are not limited to: The specifications and product references contained herein are intended to bedescriptive rather than restrictive. The City is soliciting proposals to provide acomplete product and service package, which meets its overall requirements.Specific equipment and system references may be included in this RFP forguidance, but they are not intended to preclude Proposers from recommendingalternative solutions offering comparable or better performance or value to theCity. Unless specifically stated otherwise with regard to a specific item ofequipment, it should be assumed that the City requires all equipment proposedfor this project to be supported by a manufacturer's warranty , which is equal to orbetter than the prevailing standard in the industry. The system shall incorporate wireless automatic vehicle location, mobile datacommunications and security services into an integrated package. The complete system shall include a monthly lease and include all maintenance and repair at no additional cost.
