Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall provide fully trained security officers and supervisors licensed by Arizona Department of Public Safety, as well as the necessary equipment and management to provide high quality Uniformed Unarmed Security Guard Services at each Facility covered by the Agreement. Proposer shall provide the full range of security services at all covered facilities. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to the following: 1.1.1. Physically patrol buildings, building grounds and parking facilities to observe unusual behavior and to prevent crime and provide guest services. 1.1.2. Staff and operate the Operations Center at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC). 1.1.3. Monitor close-circuit video surveillance system. 1.1.4. Monitor fire detection, alarm and communication systems, and be capable of operating the fire alarm systems listed in Section 6 - Training Requirements. 1.1.5. Open and close entrances for specific garages, PCC facilities and theaters.
