The State of Arizona, Arizona Exposition and State Fair (A.E.S.F.) will enter into a one (1) year term contract (s) with options to extend for supplemental periods of up to a maximum forty-eight (48) months for unarmed security services. Solicitation Instructions. 2.1. Conformity with the RFP: 2.1.1 Offerors shall indicate their understanding of the RFP as well as their conformance to all specifications, terms and conditions, and instructions. (Response Form I). 2.2 Demonstration of Experience and Expertise of Firm: 2.2.1 Offerors shall provide any and all information that documents successful and reliable experience in past performances related to the Scope of Work, including a minimum of three (3) professional work related references. 2.2.2 Offerors shall provide evidence, in the form of certifications, of their firm's current status as a private security agency as licensed through the Arizona Department of Public Safety, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 26. 2.2.3 Offerors shall provide an organizational chart, which clearly shows the reporting and lines of authority, to include all proposed key personnel and any proposed subcontractors. The organizational chart shall identify the prime point of contact between the offeror and the State Agency. 2.2.4 Offerors shall provide a written narrative explaining their pre-employment background investigation program, if applicable. 2.2.5 Offerors shall provide a written narrative explaining their firm's ongoing employee drug screening program, if applicable. 2.2.6 Offerors shall provide a written narrative explaining their firm's ongoing special training programs for security personnel in the following areas: body searches, property searches, mosh pits, stage jumping, body surfing, and ejections
