Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified offerors to provide unarmed security guard services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, terminal curbside parking enforcement, enhancing PMGAA’s security posture, and providing a Just Plane Easy customer experience. i. Terminal Curbside Parking Enforcement – Guards shall enforce all terminal curbside parking restrictions as required under federal regulations, the Airport Security Program, and the Airport Rules & Regulations. ii. Security Compliance – Guards are required to provide a visual deterrent and assist Airport Operations in all security compliance matters as they pertain to the terminal landside and curb. Further, guards shall observe and report any suspicious activity or incidents to law enforcement and Airport Operations. iii. Customer Experience – Guards shall provide an excellent customer experience and be readily available to provide assistance to customer questions, inquiries, or calls for service.
