Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maricopa County has received notice from the concessionaire for Tres Rios Golf Course at Estrella Mountain Regional Park that they ceased operation as a public golf course as of August 17, 2020 and will end maintenance responsibility on or about October 15, 2020. The term of the current Use Management Agreement (Agreement) ends on April 30, 2037. In the best interest of the County, its residents and patrons of the golf course, the County is seeking proposals from qualified golf course management companies and/or other qualified recreation management firms to (i) assume the existing Agreement or an amendment thereof; or (ii) enter into a new Use Management Agreement to manage and operate the golf course complex.
