Draft: Contractor will provide full service maintenance on the following systems: APC Symmetra PX 40.0 KVA (serial number PD0719260334) Services included are to be: 4 - 8 or 12 hour response time determined by the contract level Unlimited service calls determined by the contract level Free 24 hour tech support 24X7 Contracted Service Coverage (Including Holidays) Regular preventive maintenance visits for UPS and battery systems Additional terms and conditions under the terms of this full service agreement, Contractor will provide continuous effort service response within the contracted term, provide free parts, and fund all travel and labor costs. Any cost of repairs deemed necessary to restore the equipment to factory specs are billable. This Agreement does not include battery replacement or labor and travel associated with battery replacement.
