Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor to provide Uniformed Security Services at assigned locations throughout Pima County. This contract is administered by Pima County Facilities Management (“FM”). Pima County Sheriff’s Department’s Government Security Services Coordinator (“PCSD GSSC or GSSC”) and Pima County Superior Court Security Director (“SCSD”) will assist with additional oversight for uniformed security officers located at court facilities and County Administration building. This contract requires unarmed security services to be performed to the full and complete specifications listed herein. County requires that the Contractor adheres to the specifications set forth and performs the requirements with expertise, knowledge, professionalism and capability with oversight provided County authorized personnel. Contractor shall provide professional Security Officer Services at specified locations, during specified hours for the purpose of minimizing loss to the County, its elected officials and employees by reason of, but not limited to accident, fire, weather, unauthorized entry, pilferage, defective equipment, riots, strikes, vandalism, sabotage, or malicious mischief.
