Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Peoria (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal for Trustee Services (to include bond registrar, transfer agent, and paying agent services). Trustee Services will include the following: • Participate in discussions with the City’s internal financing team, and contracted financial advisor and bond counsel, as required which may include the preparation and review of required legal documents. • Assist in the preparation of applicable offering documents, continuing disclosure agreements and other necessary bond documents. • Attend and participate in meetings as requested including due diligence, presentations to City Council, and bond closings. • Provide administration for the bond proceeds and other related accounts until final bond maturity.
