install a bus barn within the City’s bus and police yard. This request is to obtain and construct an approximate 30’x60’x16’-18’ tall (Mueller or equal) metal parking structure, either a Carport with 3 enclosed sides (Alternative 1) or a fully enclosed garage (Alternative 2) behind the Transit, Council Chambers and Police Department building within the security fenced area. The project includes the following specific items: 3 – 30’ deep bays. Stamped metal siding. Engineered Concrete footers. Floor will remain dirt/chipseal depending on final site selection 16” wide x 6” thick finished concrete strip (with rebar) on center of metal siding/framing and 6” wide by 6” thick finished concrete (with rebar) around the base of the columns.
