Gilbert intends to construct a 12-inch pipeline in Baseline Road East of McQueen Road, an 8- inch pipeline from Mesquite Highschool to the fire loop at Performance Air, and provide a commercial level, GAC contactor and re-chlorination unit inside the public bathroom at Desert Sky Park. Each of these connections or system will allow for the elimination of autoflushers. In order to complete this objective a remote chlorination system will be designed and installed at Desert Sky Park, 1,207 lineal feet of 12-inch potable water pipeline will be designed and constructed within Baseline Road between McQueen Road and Country Club Drive, and 1,100 lineal feet of 8-inch potable water pipeline will be designed and constructed within Mesquite High School from the existing pipeline to connection point at Performance Air.
