Specifications include, but are not limited to: Yavapai College (YC) seeks a Offeror with a proven record of providing event ticketing, event access control, fundraising/customer relationship management, e-commerce and reporting systems to a community based college campus. The Offeror’s record is to show success in providing such systems to environments similar to YC. The scope includes, but is not limited to providing the following: Hosting and maintaining web-based software (SaaS). Training and user documentation to YC staff members. System conversion and assistance. Expertise and recommendations for system/service operations relative to the system proposed. Minimum system hardware specifications and where possible pass-through discounts on equipment purchases. Data conversion planning and assistance. Secured on-line access to the campus ticketing service and its ticketing and donor serviced customers. The software should be web-based (SaaS) and web browser accessible, ADA (508) compliant, PCI-DSS compliant, collaborative to support unlimited multiple users, secure to support multilevel security over both functions and data content on a multi-user basis (ticket sellers, ticket managers, administrators, guests, etc.), inclusive with desired features and be intuitive so that it is “easy to use”. The system is to be supported by an accessible, dedicated support team with a clearly described, established customer problem ticket resolution process for receiving, tracking, prioritizing, escalating and resolving issues as may come up with a “24/7/365” type internet based sales and service system as is common in the ticketing industry.
