• A ticketing solution software, laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment. This may include Advance Internet Ticketing Sales, Box Office Sales, Parking Fee Sales, Mobile Ticketing Vending Machines, Bulk Ticket Printing, Support Services, and Ticket Validation (access control) components. • To act as a third party for merchant processing, including collecting, processing and depositing all proceeds from credit card sales of tickets into a secure trust account. Funds will remain in this account until such a time that a settlement is performed and funds are dispersed to Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department. • Training support for Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department personnel in the use of ticket sales and scanning equipment. • Extended hours telephone (Help Desk) support for Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department and its customers to ensure system performance and problem resolution. • Access to reports of tickets sales and demographic data. • A signed Agreement for the Coconino County Fair at least thirty (30) business days before tickets are to go on sale, which includes pre-event sale dates. • Prominently display in real-time the availability of online tickets on all ticketing pages of the Coconino County Fair.
