Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A ticketing solution software, laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment. This includes: Advance Internet Ticketing Sales, Box Office Sales, Bulk Ticket Printing, Support Services, and or Ticket Validation (access control) components. • To act as a third party for merchant processing, including to collect, process and deposit all proceeds from credit card sales of tickets into a secure trust account. Funds will remain in this account until such a time that a settlement is performed, and funds are dispersed to Coconino County. • Training support for Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department personnel in the use of ticket sales and scanning equipment. • Extended hours telephone (Help Desk) support for Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department and its customers to ensure system performance and problem resolution.
