a. Relocation – preparing or approving of a tenant relocation plan and relocating former Deck Park Vista and Choice Neighborhoods residents back to the development. A third-party relocation consultant may be procured. b. Section 3 – monitoring and assisting the selected Proposer(s) in meeting Section 3 requirements. c. Community Facilitation – assisting the selected Proposer(s) with community facilitation and ensuring stakeholders understand and advise on all aspects of the project. d. Asset Management –The City intends to acquire the asset(s) at the end of the 15-year LIHTC compliance period or sooner as negotiated. e. Land – the City will provide the land for redevelopment through a Ground Lease. The City will monitor the Site to ensure the improvements are being designed, constructed, and managed appropriately to preserve its long-term value. The City has the right to cancel the agreement and retain full rights to the land for non-performance of contract.
