a. Provide multi-level Tactical Life Defense or related Training for up to 240 EMS Members in calendar year 2025. b. Provide multi-level Tactical Life Defense or related Training for up to 260 EMS Members in calendar year 2026. c. Provide multi-level Tactical Life Defense or related Training for up to 280 EMS Members in calendar year 2027. d. Training shall be conducted once a year (annual) in person at designated sites (Navajo Nation) determined by EMS, for all EMS members. e. Provide certificate of completion with CEU number. f. Training shall be a minimum of eight (8) hours. g. Training shall be CEU Accredited (AZ, NM, or UT) h. Training shall include reality-based scenarios. i. Training shall include topics of self-protection against combative patients, de-escalation techniques.
