Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tucson Water is requesting professional design and engineering services to add a high lift booster pump station, disinfection, and pipeline at Tres Rios Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to deliver treated water effluent to an existing reclaimed water pipeline in Ina Road to supply additional reclaimed water to the Northwest Area. Provide construction management for booster pump station. Work for booster pump station listed: A. Pump design criteria-work shall include pump sizing, pump curve and meeting with Tucson Water System Planning for recommendations for delivery capacity. B. Geotechnical evaluation for underground piping and control building C. Provide communication and electrical building design, including structural design. D. Provide all necessary permits, including federal, state and local permits for construction. This includes flood, structural, building, and any other applicable permit needed to complete the project. Designer shall also assist selected contractor to obtain all necessary permits to complete construction of the project. E. Design electric service and coordinate with TEP, and Pima County Wastewater for power service to control building. F. Provide all drawings and design per Tucson Water Design Manual requirements and current specifications and standard details. G. Provide mechanical design with all necessary components. H. Designer shall provide testing reports for pump, hydraulics, and any other required testing. I. Designer shall provide Construction Management oversight for Booster pump station, includes submittal review and approval, request for information, meeting attendance, resident engineering and inspection, special inspections, review and evaluate change requests. J. Designer will prepare sealed as-builts with contractors markups/redlines.
