Specifications include, but are not limited to: Arizona Game and Fish Department (AGFD) has acquired a seven unit modular building that is currently located at Ft. Huachuca. This modular building needs to relocated from Ft. Huachuca, AZ to the Ben Avery Shooting Range at 4044 W. Black Canyon Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85086. This bid is to secure services to prepare the modular building and the contents inside the building to be hauled to Ben Avery, haul the modulars and the contents in the modular to Ben Avery, and set up the modular at Ben Avery. AGFD will have a site prepared and leveled at Ben Avery where the Contractor is to setup, anchor, and secure the building. 2.1. Modular Descriptions The modular building is comprised of seven (7) modular units connected together to form one large building. The outside dimensions of the building are 94 10 by 68 3 (approximately 95 x 68). The building has two doors for entry/exit. The building is currently raised on blocks and is skirted with the trailer tongues and axles/wheels stored under the building. Contractor shall rent tires and axles as required The interior ceiling is a standard 8 in height and has a false ceiling with drop down panels, fluorescent lighting, fire and smoke alarms and a sprinkler system installed.
