1 Prime and apply two coats of concrete paint to ramada posts – color “almond”; prime and apply two coats of metal paint on the ramada support beams and underside metal panels – color “true blue”; both to match the colors on existing playground shade structures. (Ramada shown below) Topside of ramada metal panels will be primed and repainted using a sun-reflective white paint. ADA-related improvements: apply a high-contrast yellow strip around the perimeter of the picnic area foundation, including the grill area, except for walkway entry points. At both walkway entry points to the picnic area, paint a white box with a “X” inside to indicate designated accessible entry points. Contractors are responsible for verifying all measurements.
