Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed work is located east of the intersection of Apache Trail (State Route 88) and Idaho Road on a 15.7 acre Pinal County owned parcel (APN 10119026C). Apache Trail (State Route 88) and its adjacent concrete channel are located to the north of the parcel, undeveloped desert land with scattered dirt trails to the east, Scenic Street to the south and a natural wash adjacent to the intersection of Apache Trail and Idaho Road to the west. In general, the Work consists of drainage improvements on a 15.7 acre Pinal County owned parcel and within the right of way of Scenic Street, Idaho Road and State Route 88. The improvements include a Flood Control District Regional Detention Basin with maintenance access from the Scenic Street alignment. Additional improvements include, but are not limited to, basin inlet and outlet channel grading, basin bleed-off pipe, emergency overflow spillway and other site grading.
