Specifications include, but are not limited to: MCCCD is a single district with ten separately accredited colleges with multiple locations and departments. Student interactions vary from in-person, over the phone, via email and other virtual services . During 2016 approximately 56000 FTSE students were serviced across the district. To efficiently and seamlessly maintain the high number of student transactions, MCCCD requires the use of a queue management system to reduce wait times and to improve the student experience. The goal of this RFP is to procure a queue management system that enables each college, its locations and departments the ability to manage, track, service, and report on all student transactions.
