The Contractor shall 4.1.1 Within ninety (90) days of contract award, the Contractor shall have the capability to develop an interface with the Agency’s electronic health record (EHR) system for the purpose of facilitating the ordering of imaging studies and the transmission of results to the Agency. 1. ADJC uses the Sapphire Health Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform 2. ADVS uses the Matrixcare EHR platform 4.1.2 Ensure that the paper imaging order forms have adequate space to include pertinent clinical information about the client 4.1.3 Provide an on-call service twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, which includes holidays. 1. Provide a 1 800 number or a local Arizona number to call. 4.1.4 Have and maintain the appropriate license for operations in the State of Arizona. 1. The Contractor shall present a copy of the licenses and/ or certification before commencing work and yearly thereafter. 2. Notify ADOA within thirty (30) days of any change in its ownership, partners, or control.
