N3.1. Mandatory Requirements: Along with providing a quality service, we are looking for a Contractor with demonstrated professional integrity, a longstanding reputation in the medical, Industrial, and specialty gases. Specific abilities to include: 3.1.1. Experience Requirements: 3.1.1.1. Contractor with a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience within the medical and/or industrial gas industry. 3.1.2. Customer Service Requirements: 3.1.2.1. The Contractor shall provide a single, general point of contact and a secondary contact to serve as a backup to handle questions or problems that may arise throughout the life of a resultant contract. 3.1.2.2. The Contractor shall provide the name and contact information of a representative who will be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, in the event of an emergency. 3.1.2.3. All requests from the State shall be acknowledged within two (2) business days of receipt. 3.1.2.4. At least one Customer Service Representative must be available during the provided Contractor’s operating hours. 3.1.2.5. All inquiries from the State including but not limited to quotes, lead times, invoice discrepancies shall be provided within two (2) business days of request from the State
