Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Proposal submitted shall fully describe the method by which the offerer proposes to meet or exceed the requirements as described by this RFP. This information shall be presented in the order listed in this Scope of Work and shall reference each paragraph number if appropriate. 2.2 The Contractor shall perform educational duties in a manner that promotes angling knowledge, fishing skills and safe fishing practices, so as to enhance public enjoyment, appreciation and support for Arizonas recreational fishing opportunities. 2.3 The AGFD estimates that the Phoenix Contractor(s) shall be responsible for conducting approximately eighty (80) Sport Fishing Education Programs per calendar year. The Department reserves the right to adjust the number of programs up or down, depending upon budget considerations and decisions determined by the Department to be in the best interest of the State. The Sport Fishing Education Program is considered to be a year-round program and the sports fishing Contractor(s) must make every attempt to schedule and conduct Sport Fishing Education Programs throughout the year. This does not preclude the Contractor(s) from scheduling and taking normal vacations or taking time off to conduct personal or other business.
