This request for information is to find information available about specialty vehicle capable of transporting the 2300 lb replica Liberty Bell along with historic Arizona documents, art pieces, and interactive exhibits. The agency is seeking information to understand and assist with specialty modifications in order to achieve but not limited to: lighting, climate control, internal displays (digital screens, printed materials, signage, interactive elements) with slight modifications, and ADA accessibility. Ideally, the Traveling Museum will launch around February 2026, with the intent to tour all 15 Arizona counties for a duration of approximately 6-8 weeks. The Museum will stop at schools, parks and other public spaces, and private institutions such as museums or history centers.
