2.1 Offeror shall supply AZDPS Aviation Medics with the requested specialized rescue and technical support requested materials/items. 2.2 Offeror shall have hours of normal business hour of operation: Mon-Friday 9-5 2.2.1 Offeror shall have available to provide with 24 hrs the requested equipment or as provided on quote. 2.2.2 Offeror to provide telephone-based Contact/Customer service system in addition to email. 2.2.3 Offer to provide dedicated point of contact to service this contract 2.3 Offeror shall provide the Rescue and Extraction equipment: 2.3.1 Helicopter Rescue Slings & Harnesses: For hoisting patients in various situations, with designs adapted for different injury levels. 2.3.2 Winch Stretchers & Rescue Baskets: Used for vertical and horizontal patient extraction, providing more secure support for injured patients. 2.3.3 Kong foldable spinal back board 2.3.4 Air Rescue Extraction Systems (ARES): Lightweight, multi-purpose systems for victim extraction, incorporating features like drag parachutes and fins to control rotation during hoisting.
