The City of Willcox, Arizona is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the collection and transport for disposal of Solid Waste for all Residential customers and all City-owned Commercial accounts. The City currently services select Commercial accounts within the City limits, which will also be assigned to the successful proposer subject to any objection or termination of the account by the customer. Commercial accounts may arrange with any Licensed Hauler as per State Law. Proposers will not be required to bid on providing service to Other Commercial Accounts. The city has a residential population of approximately 3,200 as recorded in the census. However, this number is believed to be between 4,000 and 5,000.
