Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Goodyear is planning to replace its current financial and community development systems environment with a ERP system(s) that will be inclusive of additional complementary functional areas. In doing so, the City seeks to address several challenges in the current environment, including but not limited to: Multiple City departments are using manual processes to track information outside of the HTE System. There is limited integration among City systems. There is limited query and reporting capabilities in City systems. A single view of a customer file does not exist. Limited document management functionality within current systems. Several human resource management processes are manual.
