Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Contractor will be available for snow plowing from November 1 to March 31 of each contract year. 3.1.2. Snow plowing services are expected if snow accumulation reaches or is expected to reach 2-3” by 7:00 AM. 3.1.3. Snow plow services are needed in the employee parking lot, public parking lot, and driveways outside (south) of the property’s gate. See Exhibit I. 3.1.4. Plowing services shall be completed by 8:00 AM, prior to business operations beginning . 3.1.5. The employee parking lot on the west side of the main building shall be completed first when servicing the regional office to ensure employees can get on site and open the building. 3.1.6. Snow accumulation between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be handled by regional employees. 3.1.7. Any snow accumulation after 5:00 PM shall be considered and removed the following morning prior to 8:00 AM. 3.1.8. Additional plowing services as-needed.
