• Phased construction to accommodate the continuous flow of Silver Creek. This includes re-routing the stream to one side to build the first phase of the culvert, then shifting the stream to the completed section to build the second phase. • Demolishing the existing bridge and removing the old roadway embankment. • Constructing new approach slabs, wing walls, and scour protection measures. • Grading the creek bed both upstream and downstream of the new structure to ensure proper flow. • Re-establishing access to adjacent properties and replacing fencing. • Completing a biological evaluation to address potential impacts to endangered species and protected birds, although no documented occurrences have been found within three miles of the project area. • Conducting a Class III cultural resources inventory, although the existing bridge is not eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and the project is not expected to adversely affect nearby historic resources. • Acquiring 0.7 acres of new right-of-way and a 0.94-acre drainage easement • Develop plans, specifications, and estimates for construction. • Submittals to include Project Requirements (with Estimate), Stage III, Stage IV, and bid ready documents. • Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing Environmental clearance.
