Specifications include, but are not limited to: THe successful bidder will be responsible for developing and executing TUSDs comprehensive customer service secret shopper program. The secret shopper program should be used to assess each school/departments execution of the Tucson Unified School District Customer Service Standards as follows: All students, parents, community members and other District employees are our customers. 1. All customers are acknowledged upon entering District facilities. 2. All customers are treated with respect on the telephone or via electronic communication. 3. All customers are assisted by District staff that doesnt give up until they find satisfactory solutions. 4. All customers receive communication from the District that is accurate and given in a timely manner. 5. All customers are invited into a welcoming atmosphere.
