Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bid shall provide a new vehicle that provides all-weather and all-terrain capability for traversing dense forests, fallen trees, boulders, sand, scree, marsh, ice, snow, and water for accessing emergency scenes and transporting rescue personnel, equipment, and victims in and out of the area safely. The bid should also include a trailer for transporting the all-terrain vehicle to locations for deployment. The vehicle should have a manufacturer’s warranty and access to 24/7 customer support. The all-weather and all-terrain vehicle should have the following specifications: • 4-wheel drive • Ability to overcome obstacles up to 1 meter in height. • Ability to float and propel the vehicle in water. • Ability to operate from -40 degrees C to 45 degrees C in smoke, fog, rain, snow, and heat. • Ability to inflate and deflate tires while in operation. • Enclosed cabin • Roll over protection structure (ROPS) • Air conditioning • Autonomous heater • 2 Rear Side windows on both sides of vehicle • Fuel capacity for 15-20 hours of non-stop running. • Fuel storage in wheels.
