Contractor shall supply all labor, machinery, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to collect, transport, and recycle all scrap metal, white metal, and wire from both land�ill sites. Contractor shall possess and keep in force all licenses, insurance, and business and other permits required to perform the services under this Contract. County requires Contractor to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness at the scrap metal sites. Contractor may supply its own collection containers provided there is acceptable space to stage them. Contractor is expected to expressively detail how white goods or freon-containing units will be managed as part of their proposal, including the costs for removing freon and how that cost will be invoiced or deducted from the price of the scrap metal. Contractor shall furnish a tonnage receipt for every haul. The receipt shall be generated from a scale and should include the following information: • Facility name, address, and phone number • Description of material • Gross tonnage • Tare tonnage • Net tonnage • Date material hauled and received at a facility • Driver’s name and signature
