Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sierra Vista is seeking a Lessee to operate a Skateboard and/or Bicycle Shop located at the Kiwanis Skate and Bike Court located in Veterans’ Memorial Park at 3105 East Fry Boulevard in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Shop space is located on the northeast side of the park, between Howard Field and the Skate and Bike Court. The building consists of two rooms; the main shop/retail area and a storage room. The retail space is approximately 20 feet by 24 feet and the storage room is approximately the same size. A portion of the storage room (approximately 50% of available space) will be available to the successful Offeror for bulk storage. Any renovations to the facility are the responsibility of the successful Offeror and any plans for renovation/modification must be pre-approved by the City. Hours of operation will be negotiated based on usage of the adjacent facilities and potential demand. The successful Offeror may be permitted to operate an additional and complimentary type of business from the same space upon written approval from the City. Any plans for an additional business should be included in the proposal. The types of products offered for sale in the Shop will be determined by the Lessee. However, the sale of offensive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate products shall not be permitted.
