The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the placement of a rubberized chip seal on 8,149 feet of Central Avenue and 5,716.1 feet of Main Street in Mayer, and 12,982 feet of Stagecoach Trail in Cordes Lakes. Additionally, the project involves placing a 2-inch asphaltic concrete overlay on 3,664.9 feet of Main Street from western end of maintenance to Miami Street, and 2,943 feet of Central Avenue between Oak Street and the southern intersection of State Route 69. The project is estimated to have approximately 81,293.17 square yards of rubberized chip seal and 2,320.47 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 Binder. The total quantity of fog seal is estimated at 81,293.17 square yards, and the quantity of bituminous tack coat at 1,970.21 gallons. Other associated work includes building up shoulders to match the new overlay, adding thickened edge pavement widening, and re-establishing all pavement markings.
