Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to the Provisions of the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. 412501 et seq., the Arizona Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the Department, intends to establish a term contract for Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS) Equipment and Related Services. All Offerors will be required to include RWIS components, complete Environmental Sensing Systems, RWIS related services and RWIS software and related parts and services, in accordance with this solicitation in their proposals.
