A. RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Provide each residential customer with one (1) curbside refuse container (95- gallon equivalent) and collect refuse one time per week (1x). Town will notify Provider of new or discontinued customers. Provide a monthly cost for weekly collection for each single-family residential customer and provide a monthly cost for each additional residential container, should a customer request it. B. TOWN FACILITIES: The Town of Gila Bend owns and operates five (5) public facilities within the Town limits, each with specific waste disposal needs. Some require curbside can collection (95-gallon equivalent) and others require larger bins. The table attached as “Table 1” lists those facilities and their current refuse needs. Provider will supply the required containers at each facility and empty each container one time per week (1x). Town will notify Provider of any need changes. Provider shall include a monthly rate per container size based on one time per week (1x) collection. C. BULK WASTE Periodically (2 to 4 times per year), the Town desires to make bulk waste collection available for residential customers. Provide a lump sum rate per occurrence for curbside collection of bulk waste from all residential customers. Frequency of collection will be negotiated with the Town. The Town of Gila Bend also owns and operates a Waste Transfer facility at “Well Station #4”, where residents are allowed to deliver (non-household) solid waste for disposal. The following services need to be provided at the Waste Transfer facility. 1. Provide two (2) 40-yard Roll-Off bins for bulk waste, to be collected and replaced once per week (1x). 2. Provide one (1) additional 40-yard Roll-Off bin to be emptied as necessary. Provide a monthly rate per Roll-Off bin size based on one time per week (1x) collection from the Transfer site. Provide a rate per occurrence to collect and replace the additional 40-yard Roll-Off bin. Provide a rate per ton for disposal of bulk waste at an appropriate landfill site. The estimated amount of refuse from the Transfer site is 30 tons per month.
