3.1. Provide a broad range of integrated opportunities and services to ADCRR community supervision clients. 3.2. Include evidence-based cognitive restructuring programming to reduce criminal thinking, substance abuse programming/residential treatment, availability of programs and services to increase community connections to housing, healthcare systems (medical, mental health, substance abuse), employment, and transportation. 3.3. Utilize Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) curricula and Trauma Informed Care (TIC) best Practices. 3.4. Provide residential services (room and board), programming, treatment, case management, etc., for up to ninety (90) clients per day; clients will participate in one of the two distinctive program tracks: 3.4.1. Residential Placement track: The primary purpose of the Residential Placement track is to assist the client with finding housing and linkages to community-based services while simultaneously guiding the client to deal with issues of substance abuse, mental health (co-occurring) and criminal thinking. 3.4.2. Sanction/Intervention track: The primary purpose of the Sanction/Intervention track is to provide swift, fair and certain consequences to clients who commit technical violations of their terms of supervision. This is accomplished through cognitive restructuring assignments during the swift intervention period. 3.5. Be operational twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week as long as any client is on the grounds of the Program facility and/or is participating in the Program. 3.6. Have the ability to admit clients into the Program upon referral from the Department’s program liaison/coordinator, including picking up a client from the Community Corrections Office for transportation to Contractor’s Program facility
