STARL currently utilizes the following features. These features may be viewed as the minimum requirements for consideration. Applicants should include details for any solutions proposed to demonstrate them as being equivalent or better than the existing solutions. 2.2.1. Required Compatibility: 2.2.1.1. The LSP shall utilize an SSL connection. 2.2.1.2. FedRamp/Security CertifiedT 2.2.1.3. The LSP shall be compatible with the current version of standard web browsers, including but not limited to Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. 2.2.1.4. The LSP is delivered with any hardware or software required for functionality. No additional license is required to be purchased to make the system function 2.2.2. Acquisitions 2.2.2.1. The account shall be deletable. 2.2.2.2. The account shall allow the management of funds. 2.2.2.3. The account shall allow funds to be removed. 2.2.2.4. Funds can be over-encumbered. 2.2.2.5. Monies can be transferred between funds. 2.2.2.6. Performs all accounting activities in real-time. 2.2.2.7. Accounts can have customized permissions. 2.2.2.8. Accounts can only be viewed, modified or deleted by specific permissions. 2.2.2.9. Accounts shall allow for a funding hierarchy. 2.2.2.10. Each account can have multiple funding hierarchies. 2.2.2.11. Acquisitions Module: a) Supports searching by vendor b) Support searching by fiscal year c) Supports subscriptions d) Supports continuations
