Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arizona Winter School is an intensive five-day meeting where advanced graduate students work closely with senior faculty and post-docs. Sessions are held on campus, but to facilitate work on the projects assigned during the meeting, faculty and students meet for evening working sessions in the host hotel ballroom. Most attendees will participate in a sleeping room share, and they will be on their own for most meals. One banquet dinner is held on Wednesday evening. Required Dates: Check-in Friday March 3, 2023, Check-out morning of Thursday March 9, 2023. Incidentals: Individual to Pay Meeting: Post to the master account – P.O Concessions: • Meeting Basics, to include, but not limited to chairs, tables, hotel risers, water, ice, easels, pads pens/pencils in a sufficient quantity to accommodate all anticipated meeting attendees • One complimentary guest room for every 50 guests rooms paid for • Group rate available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days post the program dates • No attrition/penalties for unused blocked sleeping rooms • Complimentary Internet service in guestrooms and in public spaces • Complimentary assistance in distributing conference materials to arrivals after registration has closed • Complimentary transportation to the University of Arizona Campus (if hotel is not in walking distance to campus, approx. 1 mile+)
