A. The Contractor shall repair appliances including, but not limited to, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves, clothes washers and dryers, refrigerators and freezers and extractors. B. The Contractor shall respond within 24 hours for appliance repairs after initial contact from the FCM Representative. Response may be by phone call, text, or email to acknowledge receipt of the request and to schedule service. C. The contractor shall respond within 2 hours of initial contact for those instances deemed as an emergency by the City Contract Representative (i.e.. Gas leak, freezer malfunctioning, etc.) D. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary for appliance repairs which may also include the like-in-kind replacement of all electrical components within the appliance. E. The Contractor shall leave the property clean and free of debris after completion of said work. F. The Contractor shall notify the FCM Representative and Building Manager when work is complete.
