3.4.1 Clients identified by RRP as Eligible Youth and approved in the ARRPODS, may receive services provided under this Contract. 3.4.1.1 A Refugee or Eligible Youth between the ages of 15 – 24 years old with a focus on those who have been in the United States for one (1) year or less, requiring additional social, academic, vocational, or emotional support, and are within their first five (5) years of arrival, and meet one of the following criteria pursuant to the Refugee Act of 1980: 3.4.1.1.1 Refugees admitted under INA § 207; 3.4.1.1.2 Asylees granted asylum under INS § 208; 3.4.1.1.3 Cuban and Haitian Entrants as defined under 45 CFR § 401.2; 3.4.1.1.4 Certain Amerasians; 3.4.1.1.5 Victim of a Severe Form of Human Trafficking, (adult and minor victims); 3.4.1.1.6 Special Immigrant Visa Holders (SIV); 3.4.1.1.7 Permanent Residents who had held one of the above statuses in the past; 3.4.1.1.8 Refugees admitted by the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) who have private sponsorship via the Welcome Corps Program; 3.4.1.1.9 Others as indicated by RRP.
