Operate and maintain specified recycling drop-off sites and identify recycling facilities material is transported to. Recycling facilities must be approved by the County. 2.1.B. Provide adequate County-approved containers at all times at the location in the Cornville area for purposes of recycling. 2.1.C. Provide all personnel required to operate and maintain the drop-off facility. 2.1.D. Provide services including equipment and personnel for hauling of recyclables to the approved recycling facility. 2.1.E. Meet requirements and pay all fees necessary for acceptance of recyclables at the recycling facility. 2.1.F. Maintain and submit all records and reports required by all Federal, State, and local agencies. 2.1.G. Obtain all necessary permits. 2.1.H. Operate utilizing appropriate management practices, in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. 2.1.I. Hauling frequency shall be as needed to ensure that materials at drop off site stays under 100% capacity.
