Perform radiation equipment maintenance, repair and calibration services on the equipment listed in Exhibit One (1) BRC Equipment List. 3.2.1. The equipment list is the current equipment in inventory at the time of this bid. The BRC may add or remove equipment via contract amendment at their discretion during the total life of this contract. 3.2.2. Maintenance, repair, calibration and supplies shall be guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or Contractor shall provide service to correct any defects in workmanship without additional cost to the BRC. 3.3. Have a return process in place to accommodate for any defective or damaged product due to services performed on-site and off-site on it by the contractor. Any item that is received by the BRC in a defective or damaged condition shall be replaced within thirty (30) days at no cost to the BRC. 3.4. Provide all-inclusive pricing on maintenance and calibration services. 3.5. Provide labor for equipment repair if needed at a fixed hourly rate. 3.6. Provide a discount off the manufacturers most current price list. 3.7. Provide manufacturer’s warranty information for all parts, workmanship and materials used in the performance of repair and maintenance as described herein. 3.8. Provide service onsite during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Arizona time. Excluding State observed holidays (Exhibit Two (2)).
