Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Coordinate, prepare, and lead, unless otherwise requested by the Town, all pre- and post-application permit meetings with Town Staff, the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR), and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), or any combination thereof. 2.2 Perform all groundwater modeling and other best management practices, data collection, and scientific analysis required to renew or modify, if applicable, the Recharge Permits. 2.3 Prepare, review with Town Staff, and submit all applications, materials, reports, and other pertinent documents to ADWR and ADEQ in accordance with all laws, rules, policies, plans, and guidance requirements for renewing or modifying the Recharge Permits. 2.4 Respond promptly and fully to all communications from ADWR or ADEQ.
